DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS?

Cost is one of the most common reasons people put off starting therapy - and one of the most common reasons they stop. You find someone who seems like a good fit, you look at the fee, and you tell yourself you'll revisit it later. Or you begin, it starts to go somewhere, and then the expense quietly becomes the reason you let it taper off.

Do You Identify with These?
  • You've wanted to start therapy for a while, but the cost keeps stopping you
  • You've had false starts - a few sessions, then the fee caught up with you
  • You're early in your career, in school, or between things right now
  • You're looking for real depth work, not short-term coping strategies
  • You want a consistent weekly space rather than something you dip in and out of
  • You keep landing in the same relational patterns and want to understand why
  • You've told yourself you'll "figure out therapy later" more than once

Our reduced-fee spots are held by our Clinical Fellow - a clinician completing the final phase of their graduate training, working under weekly supervision with a licensed member of our team. In practice, this means two clinicians are thinking carefully about your therapy - the one in the room with you, and the one supervising the work. Your hour receives more attention, not less. The fee is reduced. The standard of care isn't.
