Rosalia is completing her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. She came to this work through a long-standing interest in how people make sense of themselves during periods of change, and she's spent the past year carrying a supervised caseload in private practice. She's particularly drawn to work with young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, body image and the relational patterns that surface during transitions.
In sessions, Rosalia is warm, steady, and genuinely curious. She's interested in what's underneath the thing you came in with — the patterns you've been repeating, the pressure you've been carrying, the parts of yourself that have been working overtime to keep things running. She works collaboratively and without agenda, and she takes seriously the idea that therapy should feel like a real relationship rather than a service you're receiving. Rosalia sees clients through our reduced-fee program under weekly supervision with our licensed supervisors.
She works closely with the clinical team to support smooth communication and coordination, ensuring that the care clients receive is aligned with LiteMinded’s values.
Olivia earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and is trained in systems-based and relational frameworks.
