Both! We provide virtual services to clients residing in New York, New Jersey and Florida. We also offer in-person sessions at LiteMinded’s office in Flatiron, located between 31st and 5th Avenue.

Do you accept insurance?
Individual psychotherapy sessions are between $180 - $300, depending on the experience of the clinician you work with. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
