Our fees reflect the level of training, care, and intention we bring to this work. We offer a range of services and price points so you can find the support that feels right for your needs and circumstances. 

Individual, Couples, and EMDR Therapy: $180–$350 per session
Group Therapy: $75 per session

We’ll discuss exact rates with you during your free consultation so you know what to expect before beginning therapy. If our standard fees aren't workable right now, we also hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots through a Clinical Fellow: the same relational, depth-oriented work we do across the practice, with a clinician in the final stage of her training under weekly licensed supervision. Availability varies, but you're welcome to reach out.

Insurance & Out-Of-Network Benefits

LiteMinded is an out-of-network practice, which means we don’t bill insurance companies directly.

Many clients still choose to use their out-of-network benefits and receive partial reimbursement from their insurance provider. We will provide a monthly superbill with all the information your insurance needs to process reimbursement.

To help you understand your benefits without spending time on the phone, we’ve partnered with Mentaya, a tool that allows you to quickly check whether you may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement and get an estimate of your benefits.

If you’d prefer to check on your own, helpful questions to ask your insurance company include:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
  • What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?
  • How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

If you have an HSA or FSA, you can often use it to pay for therapy sessions. Many clients choose this option since it allows them to use pre-tax funds toward their mental health care.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We provide monthly superbills that include everything your insurer typically requires.
How much will I get reimbursed?
Reimbursement varies by insurance plan. Many plans cover a percentage of out-of-network therapy after a deductible is met.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds for therapy?
In most cases, yes. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions using pre-tax dollars.
When do I pay for sessions?
Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
