INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Support for partners navigating communication challenges, conflict, and trust. Using attachment-focused therapy, we help you understand each other and strengthen safety, connection, and intimacy.

COUPLES THERAPY

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing uses evidence-based methods to help the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less activating. We work slowly and safely, integrating somatic awareness to support regulation.

EMDR Therapy

Our groups blend psychoeducation with connection - helping you regulate emotions, build confidence, and experience growth alongside others with shared experiences.

GROUP THERAPY

LiteMinded is a boutique psychotherapy practice offering relational, depth-oriented care for young adults in New York. Our clinicians work collaboratively, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and nervous system–informed approaches to support meaningful, lasting change.

We believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood. Our team creates a warm, supportive space to explore patterns, build emotional regulation, and develop a more grounded relationship with yourself and others.
