Natasha understands how exhausting it can be to look like you’re doing well while never quite feeling that way. Before becoming a therapist, she spent a decade in finance, giving her firsthand insight into environments where expectations are high, slowing down feels risky, and there’s always another benchmark to reach. She brings that understanding, alongside warmth and curiosity, to her work with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

Her clients may be the people others count on - capable, thoughtful, and accustomed to figuring things out - while privately second-guessing their decisions, replaying conversations, or feeling guilty whenever they’re not being productive. Natasha helps clients explore why feeling good enough can seem so temporary, what keeps them pushing past their own limits, and how to make room for what they want beyond what’s expected of them.

Associate therapist

New York Therapist

Wanting children, feeling unsure, facing fertility challenges, or reconsidering a career can bring competing emotions that are difficult to say aloud. She offers room to explore those feelings without pressure to arrive at a neat answer or follow someone else’s timeline.

With warmth and curiosity, Natasha helps clients explore the stories they carry about themselves: what makes them worthy, how much they should be able to handle, and what it means when things don’t go according to plan. Together, they look at how these beliefs show up in everyday life, from overthinking decisions to feeling responsible for keeping everyone happy, and begin to consider other ways of responding.

Her own transition from finance to counseling informs her understanding of how complicated change can be, even when it’s wanted. She brings respect for both the life clients have built and the parts of themselves they may want more space to discover.

Natasha has a particular interest in supporting women navigating identity, fertility, family-building, and life transitions.
