Talia brings a thoughtful blend of clinical expertise, relatability, and empathy to her work. As a former Division I athlete and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she understands firsthand the intensity of high-expectation environments and the internal pressure that often accompanies achievement.

Having spent much of her life in performance-driven spaces, Talia is deeply familiar with how chronic stress, self-doubt, and anxiety can quietly take hold - even when things appear successful on the outside. She understands how high standards can become intertwined with self-worth, and how burnout, perfectionism, and emotional disconnection can build over time.

Talia Seder, LMHC

Therapist

New York Therapist

With warmth, thoughtfulness, and a steady sense of humor, Talia helps clients slow down and make sense of the internal pressures shaping their lives. This often includes working with anxiety, social discomfort, trauma responses, and self-critical patterns that developed in response to earlier experiences or prolonged stress. Over time, clients build greater emotional awareness, regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Talia’s approach is integrative and tailored, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness to support both insight and nervous-system-level change. She works collaboratively to help clients feel more grounded and confident - developing resilience while cultivating a more sustainable, aligned relationship with work, relationships, and self-worth.

Grounded by time outdoors and meaningful connection with loved ones, Talia looks forward to offering a space where clients can feel truly seen and supported in growing into a version of themselves that feels steady, authentic, and self-defined.

Talia believes change happens in relationships built on trust and understanding, especially for those shaped by anxiety or difficult past experiences.
