Group therapy offers a supportive space to explore your inner world alongside others who are doing similar work. With guidance from a therapist, groups help you better understand yourself in relationship and practice new ways of connecting in real time.
Groups at LiteMinded are intentionally small, therapist-guided, and grounded in emotional safety. Sessions are structured enough to feel containing, while still allowing organic conversation and connection to unfold.
Therapists help slow the group down, notice patterns as they emerge, and offer thoughtful reflections that deepen insight and relational awareness. You’ll have opportunities to speak, listen, receive feedback, and experiment with new ways of relating that can carry into your life outside the group.
A therapist-guided process group for individuals ages 18–30 navigating identity development, relationship patterns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Participants explore how they relate to others, deepen self-awareness, and build more authentic, grounded connections.
