PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR YOUNG ADULTS

Our Practice

Do you feel put-together on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, emptiness, or repetitive, unhelpful patterns in your relationships and other areas of life? Maybe you find it hard to even identify what feels "off" but you know you want more for yourself, your relationships and your life.

You are not alone. So many of us struggle with these things and we are here to help. At LiteMinded, we focus on working holistically with all of who you are—mind, body, and spirit. By using evidenced-based therapeutic methods, we offer hope and a path forward.

Therapy that helps you process the tough moments, regulate your nervous system, and grow into a more self-aware version of yourself.

In-person & virtual therapy services

A supportive, collaborative space to understand yourself more deeply, process what’s heavy, and build skills for navigating life - with a therapist who’s engaged, honest, and truly in it with you.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Support for partners navigating communication challenges, conflict, and trust. Using attachment-focused therapy, we help you understand each other and strengthen safety, connection, and intimacy.

COUPLES THERAPY

EMDR uses evidence-based methods to help the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less activating. We work slowly and safely, integrating somatic awareness to support regulation.
